    Procedure to Bypass DA050 ( D078-06) in order to have DA055 (D078-12) Rundown LH&RH Cam Cover Bolts In the event,

    which DA050 (D078-06) needs to be placed in bypass, and DA055(D078-12) is required to rundown all of the LH & RH cam cover bolts, follow the procedure below. 1. Empty out both stations. 2. Once both stations DA050 and DA055 are empty, ensure both stations are in the home position. 3. Open the PLC program for DA055 (DA078-12) 4. In the program library, click on "Sta_1_specific" 5. In line 2 of the program, you will notice a Normally Open zero_bit, make the zero_bit Normally closed. 6. Build the changes. 7. Now, at DA050 (D078-06), turn the selector switch to "Bypass" 8. Start up both of the stations in auto. 9. Now DA055 (D078-12) will rundown all of the LH and RH Cam Cover bolts to final torque.
