EPOXY PRESSURE GROUTING

Recommended System: Pressure grouting with high strength, epoxy resin grout. Product Specification: Conbextra EP10 is a solvent free epoxy resin grout designed for grouting of gap widths of 0.25 to 10mm. It is an all liquid system consisting of base and hardener. The components are supplied in the correct mix proportions designed for whole pack mixing on site.. Conbextra EP10 gives good general chemical resistance, and a 7 day compressive strength of at least 93 N/mm2. Application Methodology Injection grouting using plasticised expanding grout admixture confirming to BS 8110 part 1 1985, section 8.9.4.6 with neat cement slurry admixed with Cebex 100 to fill the voids in the concrete member, by making the hole of 20 mm diameter mechanically or manually and fixing the PVC nozzles using fast setting compound Rendroc plug / cement mortar, along the construction joints or in porous areas at a distance of not more than 600mm c/c. The dosage of Cebex 100 is to be at 225 gm / 50kg bag of cement and the chloride content in the admixture should be nil confirming to BS 5075. Rate is inclusive of material, labour, equipment hire charges, etc. complete.
