Abstract
This article presents a theoretical perception of the sociallyresponsible business. An attempt to develop a methodology
of a qualitative and quantitative standard of social responsibility of business was made. Scientific relevance of thismethodologyconsists in the fact that the assessment of social responsibility of business is based on a modern international standard of
quality management of ISO 26000. The use of this methodologyon the basis of a social responsibility of the various enterprises assessment allows establishing their rating, estimating
the dynamics of social responsibility. Social responsibility of
business is especially relevantbecause of Russia's entrance to the
World Trade Organization, sincethe socially oriented state policy
pays particular attentionto the World Trade Organization. The ISO
26000 international standard became one of three leading documents in the field of social responsibility recommended by the
European Commission. Observance of the international standard
will certainly promote successful ratification of the contract of Russia's entrance to the World Trade Organization.

Abstract
In every country social problem solving is as necessary as
its economical growth. Housing is one of the main needs of a
human that is why the majority of countries tend to solve the

Abstract
In the conditions of financial and economic crisis and on
post-crisis space the advantage is received by those commercial

value has got in this case the strategy of the organization directed at the enhancing the efficiency of the commercial organizations, the cost saving, the extension of the sales of products, the increasing competition.

Abstract
Are considered practice and methodological aspects of functioning of school of sciences in branch higher education institution of an agrarian profile. Indicators of productivity of work of
scientific and pedagogical collective are given; the assessment
of publications on an index of scientific citing (RINC) is given.
Interaction of scientists as a part of school of sciences as informal structure, yields positive results at orientation of participants to region problems, provides synergetic effect, creates
new knowledge, trains in practice, provides transfer new
knowledge for researches.
