Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the Elimination of Discrimination by Affirmative Action SEC. 2. SCOPE OF THIS ACT The following term, Affirmative Action, as seen in E.O. 11246, 29 USC 793, 38 USC 4212, 41 CFR Part 60-1, 41 CFR Part 60-2, 41 CFR Part 60-250, 41 CFR Part 60-741, is redefined to eliminate the inclusion of race or ethnicity. In Part C of E.O. 11246 the following will be inserted as part ii: An individual or organization may not inquire the race or

ethnicity of a person or party in order to determine aid, or entrance.
