(Approximately 15seconds),Now s200 is running on the download mode, its fixed ip: 192.192.192.11 255.255.255.0 3. Connect LAN cable to the Qx port, set laptop ip: 192.192.192.1 255.255.255.0 4. on your laptop ,start CMD command line, then Ping 192.192.192.11, if ok, telnet 192.192.192.11, no username and password. Notes: If require username and password, please try username zte, password ecc 5. Enter: D-erase -d1 clear the db D-cfgnet Enter IP, mask, MAC according to the IP/IDplan, (for the sample, the ip is 192.1.2.18, 255.255.255.0 MAC is 92:01:02) D-reboot Reboot NCP

wait for S200 restart (approximately 30seconds),here does not need press the b.off button, then s200 is running on normal mode .commission finished .

Config a NE on E300 change laptop ip according to NCP IP configuration,(for this example, the ncp ip is 192.1.2.18 255.255.255.0, so you should config your laptop ip like 192.1.2.100 255.255.255.0,make sure the NCP ip and your laptop ip are in same ip segment),after you changed the laptop ip, ping 192.1.2.18 will be OK. run the E300 server, after it is run, use the GUI(username: root no password). 1. select "Device Config"-"create NE" to create the ne on the E300 NMS.

We need to enter NE Name / NE ID/ NE Address according the excel IP/ID plan file.(NE name: site name -ID, for example orissa-001,) Select the equipment type S200 from the System Type. Select the NeState offline Then Apply-close 3. Double left click the ne which you just create, it will automatic install 4 cards on the equipment bayface,and then close the NE panel window. 4. right click the ne to online it first, until the NE color turn, and then: System---NCP data management---DB Download, we will see the follow window:

Click select all the files---Apply until Download Result show successful. And then Close. Now the S200 equipment will reset itself 5)Wait some minutes until one new window show automatically. Double click the ne to see the NE panel window. Right click the slot, choice Board Auto Find, the board will be installed on the EMS.But the slot10 should be installed by hand, we select the PWA button from the red area, and then left click on the 10 slot, the PWA board will be installed. After that we should select the finger button from the red area to do other jobs. (ps: in stel project ,all optical interface rate is stm-1 ,for two optical s200 slot 4 is empty)

After add all the board on the panel, press the Refresh button and wait some seconds to check the every board light on the EMS, they should be all green. 7. After commission, make the label with site name, IP, ID 8.
