Cabbage subji (Recipe provided by Shobha Raj) Ingredients: Cabbage - 1 small Potatoes - 3 Indian store size Peas - 1 handful

green chillies - 6 red chilli powder - 1 spoon Garam masala - 1 spoon salt oil - 1 spoon turmeric - 1 pinch jeera - 1 spoon mustard - 1 spoon Method of Preparation: chop the cabbage finely and dice the potatoes. Make seasoning of jeera & mustard. Add turmeric and then add green chillies. Onc e it is done, add red chilli powder and garam masalas. After sometime add cabbag e/Potatoes/peas. After a few minutes add salt, cover and let it cook.
