ABSTRACT This project deals with the Civil Supplies Management System.

This project is having different modules like new User Registration form named it as a Sign Up form and already existing user can logged into the Civil Supplies Management System named it as a Sign In form. Administrator module it maintains the total data about the whole employees details every dealer details etc. employee module maintains the total information about the customer (complainer ) details etc checking inspector he can see the dealer details complainer details he can take proper action on the dealer who did fraud etc. Main aim of this project is to make the manual transactions of Civil Supplies Management System

computerized because in manual systems the customer can give complaints on behalf of a dealer through phone or manually by going to the Taluka office and this complaints are passed through persons from one department to another. But it takes much time and risk also. This leads the inconsistency of information. So we need a system that is both quick and accurate. This can be achieved by making this system computerized.

Civil Supplies Management System any customer can send complaints, suggestions or any request to the Taluka office through online from any where any time and also can complaint through phone but here every data is maintained by (computerized) Civil Supplies Management System. And also he can see the responses coming from Civil Supplies Management System through online.
PROPOSED SYSTEM:

The proposed system contains all the features of the manual System as well as extended with some extended features. Such as Registration of users, Sign In Sign Up, send complaints, send suggestions, receive responses, change profile, change passwords. The proposed system can be used all around the world by interconnecting all the terminals in LAN, MAN, WAN. Here all these features will be visible all of the registered users (or) employees.
