    Note :

    Each submittals should be in A4 sheets. The front page should contain Project Title, Team Members, Submittal title and Date of submission and signed by each member of the team.

    The contents should be neatly formatted and should include references at the end.

    The last page of each submittal should have the following details. Team Member Contribution References

    Each member should preserve a copy of the submittals. ********************
