    Andrew Menter is President and Chief Executive Officer of Highland Campus


    Health Group. Menter has wide-ranging experience in all facets of corporate
    finance, capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, negotiations, business
    development, corporate governance and legal affairs. His Wall Street experience
    includes tenures at both J.P. Morgan Chase & Co, specializing in mergers and
    acquisitions, and an international European-based firm specializing in fixed-
    income products. He earned a B.A. from Brown University and his Juris Doctor
    and Masters in Business Administration (Concentration in Finance) from The
    University of Houston.
