Low%invasive Percutaneal Interventions Assisted

by Ultrasonography in Patients with Complications
of an Acute Appendicitis

The analysis of results of ultrasonography in 55 patients
with preoperative and postoperative complications of acute
appendicitis was collected in this work. Under ultrasonic
visual control 31 (57,4%) patients with liquid encapsulations
and infiltrates in the abdomen were executed to low
invasive
percutaneal interventions, which in the most of cases were
radical and facilitating an elective appendectomy. The algo

rithm of low
invasive percutaneal interventions assisted by
ultrasonography in patients with different complications of
acute appendicitis were offered.
