As we look back on 2012, here are our ten most important moments: 10.

Jordan went to Cub Scout Day Camp for five days in July and Carter got to tag along for two days. 9. Davis celebrated his first birthday by digging into his own personal cake. In December he started going to Nursery in church! Jordan (9) and Carter (6) developed mad skills playing in rd st their soccer league this spring and started 3 and 1 grade at a different elementary school this year. Cynthia started painting classes at Portland Community College to perfect her talents. Summer Fitness Cynthia ran the Hippie Chick half marathon, Peter biked a century for serious foodies called the Gourmet Century and climbed Mt. St. Helens with coworkers. Cynthias brother-in-law, Craig Thygerson, died in a car accident in February. Despite the painful circumstances, this did allow us to see our families in Utah and show them Davis for the first time. We miss him and were grateful he and his family came to visit us in Oregon during summer 2011. Jordan and Peter acted in our stakes production of Seussical the Musical in November. Jordan was Thing 1 and Peter was the Mayor of Whoville We took a week off in August to visit family & friends across California and go to Legoland in San Diego. Peter finally passed his final actuarial exam in April! He graduated as a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries in December and also got two promotions during the year. We moved into our first house in June! Cynthias parents were able to travel out here to help us with the move.
