Triple tray AlgiNot of tooth Syringe with anesthetic 2 cotton rolls possible Dry angle if asked for New 1116.8C and 1116.8F Neo chamfer bur Round bur 6 Viscostat and traxodent Accesss temp material Cord soaked hemodent #0 and #1=anterior #1 and #2=posterior Imprint 3 Polyvinyl Siloxane low viscosity in gun and triple tray of High out of machine. Slower set if multiple crowns Gluma Tempocem Clearfil SE for bonding vial tooth Optibond for endo tooth or anterior Build-up material Cosmecore blue/white Articulating paper PA up on monitor

Crown Prep

Steps 1. Confirm with patient procedure 2. Topical placed on dried mucosa at site injection for 60-180 seconds with cotton over top so patient doesnt taste. Dry with air water syringe 3. Take Shade! 4. Get numb take impression of tooth with AlgiNot 5. Prep tooth and remove decay. 6. Pack both cords wait 5 minutes 7. Gluma 8. SE bond if alive Optiobond if not 9. Build up blue or white Cosmecore. 10. Refine prep 11. Remove cord and take impression with PVS in triple tray 12. Make temp 13. Cement temp with temp cement. 14. Review restrictions for temp 15. ASK patients if have any questions 16. Post op instruction sheet
