SUMMARY: The meeting was started with an opening prayer led by Mrs. Penaflor. Election of Officers for parents of the graduating class was done as follows: PRESIDENT: Mrs. Lepatan VICE-PRESIDENT: Mrs. Guevarra SECRETARY: Mrs. TREASURER: Mr. Daga ASST. TREASURER: Mrs. Andes AUDITOR: Mrs. Santos ASST. AUDITOR: Mrs. Saul

Mr. Sia and Mrs. Cabral presided the meeting. The main points and concerns discussed in the meeting are as follows: ZERO collection no special fees to be paid by the parents this upcoming commencement exercises as implemented by the Department of Education. With this, teachers will ask parents if they want to give their 100% support for their kids graduation ceremony so that they need to pay for the fees. The payment for the graduation donation is inclusive of chairs, diploma jacket, incidental expenses, sound system, stage decoration, food for the visitors is Php200.00 but parents suggested and agreed to pay Php250.00
