Please describe aspects of the website you found helpful and any suggestions you may have for improvement.

n/a n/a Everything was easy to access and I found nothing to need improvement. I found the content helpful. None the activities before the assignment. The website was very easy to navigate through. The course was set up very well and was not complicated. It was user friendly. Class was well-structured. Best online class I''ve taken. I REALLY dislike online classes - they are usually poorly laid out and seem to be a waste of time and money. This was the exception. Other instructors should take note. N/A the structure of assignmnets setup was easy to follow Comments and feedback on each assignment was very helpful I''ve had online classes before. This was structured like the previous ones I was enrolled in.

TCE Comments

The assignments were always about the chapter we learned about, it was an easy but informational class. Also had the chance to correct the mistakes. Instructor always graded work quickly. n/a That the assignments were easy to understand and, if there weren''t, then Ms. Gann would explain everything that was hard to understand. I think what I reallly liked best was that Ms. Gann would always be there to explain and answer any questions at any time, day or night. Nothing. I like that it was online and that I could plan to do my work when I had some free time. Feedback with every assignment less than 12 hours after the assignment was posted It taught me what I needed to learn and built upon what I already knew. I like how we recieved feedback on our assignments and we got to correct them until we fully understood the concepts and material. This way I knew I was doing correctly and could replicate it in the future. go at your own pace I think that the course was designed very fairly. I liked how each assignment was reviewed by the instructor before we were able to move onto the next assignment, so that we could resubmit it if there were any wrong answers. I also like how grades are determined. This allowed us to correct our mistakes and learn from them, rather than get it wrong and get a bad grade. The information taught. Unlike a lot of classes I''ve taken, this class is actually USEFUL for the profession I will be entering. The material was very applicable to the real world and the instructor was quick to respond with any questions/concerns! The instructor was easy to talk to and was very prompt in replying to questions and concerns.

TCE Comments

Some times it was difficult to understand what was wrong with the assignment you previously turned in. When doing the final assignments I was often confused as to what was expected of me. I do not like online classes. I felt as if the teacher does not actually teach me instead she just post readings and it is my job to teach myself. Personally this is not the best way for me to learn. Also the teacher only graded once a day and sometimes this put me behind in meeting deadlines and that was stressful. Having to turn in assignments over and over again. I really liked this class a lot and I can''t think of anything that I didn''t like. I did not like the teacher-to-student interaction in this course. I also found myself working my tail off and my work being ripped apart. I believe that learning should be fair and I do not think that this teacher was always fair. Waiting for grading so that I could move on to the next section. cant move on until completed previous assingment Nothing. The fact that it was online I would like to be taught this material in class. Nothing - I can''t imagine it having been handled better. that you can''t move on to other assignments. N/A I wish it was in person. Each assignment was locked - you must pass one assignment to get to the next The attitude of the PhD student that was over seeing the class. I feel that she was extremely rude in some of the comments left on assignments. She did not give enough feedback for me to adequately correct the assigned work. I ended up either going to another student or I found another PhD student that was more that happy to help me. I am not an idiot; however, many times I felt very much so after reading comments/ I didn''t like the waiting period.

N/A Be more specific in feedback Check D2L more and check assignments more. Nothing, it was great the way that it was! Maybe be a bit more understanding and fair. None some activities are very unclear I think the course was perfect. No suggestions. Nothing. I liked that you can set your own pace, the information provided is actually useful, and Candace was ALWAYS speedy with helpful replies to any questions. not to be to picky on grading for little things. Do you have any additional comments about the computer-based distance education format of the course?

N/A No. no It would be great if more online courses were structured this way. It also helped that Candace made herself available for one-on-one discussion. This is the only online class I feel that I''ve ever gotten anything of real value out of. Excellent. It was great! Allowed me to work around my hectic schedule! no nope
