    The advocate for plaintiff on record, humbly states that she is not interested pursue the case on behalf of the plaintiff, as the Plaintiff, is not giving any instructions to proceed with the case, and neither she is interested to answer the call of her attorney. Hence, the advocate for plaintiff states that she is no more interested to appear for the plaintiff and hence filing a memo of retirement, and I have no objection for the plaintiff to appoint any other advocate to plead on her behalf.
