This has reference to the CANORECO electric post which has been constructed just in front of the gate of my property located at Diversion Road, Purok 1, Brgy. Camambugan Daet, Camarines Norte. The installation of the said post was done without our prior consent or permission and because of its proximity to our residence, it poses an imminent danger to our safety and well-being, due to its hightension voltage wires. Moreover, considering that we are planning to construct a building in our aforementioned property, the said electric post will be a hindrance to our planned construction. I have already requested through my Letter dated August 6, 2012 to remove the above-mentioned electric post in front our property, and transfer or install it in some other place soonest where it will not pose a danger to our safety and wellbeing, and in order to pave way to the unhampered construction of our planned building, but instead I was sent a cost estimate of the relocation which to my mind is quite unfair and unjust considering that we are the one who are being prejudiced and aggrieved by the possible danger that your post may cause to my family and property as well. In view of the foregoing, demand is hereby being made for your good office to cause the relocation of the subject post and electrical wires the soonest time possible. Failure on your part to heed to the above demand will constrain me to institute the necessary action in court for the protection and preservation of my familys rights and interests.
