1. Cut chin motor access with very sharp razor or #11 X-acto blade. 2. Fabricate a motor stick and bulkhead. Light ply or balsa with 1/64 ply laminated to each side will work for bulkhead. Spruce stick or very hard balsa for the motor stick, check for tight slide fit to rear of gearbox. 3. Fabricate ply washers for both sides of motor mount. This gives the added support for the motor stick. 4. Gearbox slides onto motor stick. 5. Canopy with interior attached. 6. Canopy removed showing balsa floor and wire hold-downs. 7. Bend 1/32" music wire to shape shown, glue to bottom of balsa canopy floor. 8. Location of Hitec HS-55 servos. Tape to sides of fuselage with double-sided foam tape. Use Dubro Mini E/Z Connectors on servo arms for easy adjustments. 9. Locate motor controller on side of fuselage. Hold in place with double-sided foam tape. 10. Top view with canopy removed. Receiver is located on fuselage floor, 6 cell 110 mAh battery pack forward, adjust for balance. CG is shown on plans. 11. Cut rudder and elevator free and hinge with HLH547 E-Z hinges. Use foam friendly CA to glue them in. 12. Location of rudder and elevator control horns. Fabricate from 1/32" ply or use Dubro Micro Control Horns. Use an "L" bend on the 1/32" music wire pushrods and retain with Dubro Micro E/Z Links. 13. Clip each prop tip by at least 3/4". 14. Built as specified in the Hobby Lobby catalog the model should weigh about 6.5 oz.
