Stripping back cables is really easy; all that’s required to open the outer jacket is to simply pull the special integrated tear strip to the desired length and see the jacket fall away. Furthermore, igus has designed the tear strip so that it doesn’t cause any damage to the cores or outer jacket of the cable. This new technology is offered in chainflex ranges CF5 PVC control cable family and chainflex CF6 shielded versions.
