    SET-UP

    Two teams playing a 3v3, dribble into the End Zone game. Play starts from the attacking teams End Zone they have 5 seconds to get the ball over their 7 Yard Line. Once over, they cannot retreat. The defending team can now press, remembering the defensive principles of play. (Pressure, Cover Balance) If the defending team win the ball they can attack as normal. Play always starts from the End Zone even when the ball goes dead.
