Emb INTLO Baghdad: Guys - BOLO just released minimal details but here it is: There is a maroon Kia sedan VBIED with two males of military age which is believed to be cruising around Mansour. Sallyport Risk Management: thx - we have been following local info on a similar vehicle for the past few days involved in possible surveillance/DBS against foreign compound in the Mansour area.
