History
I love my career, and even more so, I love using my photographic and media skills to enhance young peoples learning experience. Elaine Bandele (aged 33) born in Hertfordshire, UK is of Jamaican
heritage and resides in North London.
Having worked directly with just under two thousand young people
(in London and in the Caribbean), Elaine knows and understands how young people think, feel and view the world they live in. She also understands how the nature of society today including the media and the family structure influence young people and the career choices they make.
BSc Honours in Social Research and Caribbean Studies, Elaine began her career as a progression mentor. In 2009 she allowed her creativity to flourish by starting her first business as a professional wedding photographer.

Progression Workshop
(A three part career guidance workshop)
Improves progression route of young people at risk of becoming NEET. Explores ambitions, skills and talents. Builds confidence and awareness of employment and career options.
Aimed at KS4 and college students, ex offenders, care leavers, young parents and vulnerable adults.
A practical activity that increases, learning and stimulates participants understanding of Londons diverse cultural makeup.
Aimed at young people and adults of all levels.
Deliverables 120 minute Year group workshop 45 minute Post 16 progression seminar Mini exhibition in building Six weeks mentoring and or work experience Participation for 50 learners in touring exhibition.
