Calculation of the plan of formation of cars with containers in the international message for railways of the stateparticipants of the Agreement on sharing of freight cars and containers is carried out by experts of department Operaption
on railways transport of the Petersburg state transport university by the order of Management of council of a railway
transportation since 2003. The question of preparation and gathering of the initial data, a technique, automation of calculation
and directly algorithm of calculation of the plan of formation is considered.

The article is dedicated to difficulties in the leasing activity in Russia, which is hot for large scale leasing transaction in
the delivery of the railway rolling stock. Author gives substances to avoid the collisions between rules of accounting and tax
records. It offers to let the leasing companies use the linear method of amortization with the rate of accelerated depreciation
2, but in the face of crisis let them use the rate of accelerated depreciation 3 for accounting of tax equity. In our days this
method with both rates of accelerated depreciation are used to purpose of calculation of organizations tax profit, but prohibits
for accounting of tax equity.
