5 HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

5-1 GENERAL Materials known to be of a significant hazard to health have not been incorporated in the new works. The following hazards resulting from materials used in the construction of this project may pose a health and safety risk under certain circumstances. It is advised that appropriate risk or COSHH assessments are carried out to determine the risks involved during routine maintenance. Up to date COSHH assessments should be obtained or prepared at the time work is carried out.
