The Faculty members handling various subjects for the I year, II semester B.Tech (Full Time) students of SASTRA are requested to note down the following points carefully and act accordingly
1. Faculty members must complete their valuation work on or before 22/03/2013. 2. The corrected test papers are to be distributed to the students on or before 26/03/2013 for

verification. They should get back all the test papers from the students immediately and keep them in their safe custody.
3. Faculty members must prepare a statement of marks and send the same to the first counsellor

concerned on or before 27/03/2013 keeping a copy with them.

4. All first counsellors must consolidate the marks of all students (subject wise) of the section

attached to them. This mark list (Soft and Hard copy) must be sent to Prof.D.Sarala ( dsarala@maths.sastra.edu) ,Department of Mathematics, School of Humanities and Sciences on or before 29/03/2013 for submission to The Dean / SHS and onward submission to The Registrar, SASTRA University.
