The chain of narrators in the above narration is good. (Tarhut Al-Tathreeb, vol 3, pg
36, pub. Maktaba al-Ilmiyya)
Abdullah bin Abbas (RA) said; "Holy Prophet (SAW) used to offer four
ra'kaat before Juma' and four after that with no (salam) in between."

Ibn Masud (RA) used to offer four ra'kaat before Juma' prayers and four
after that.

Narrated from Abdullah bin Umar (RA) that he used to offer four ra’kaah
before Jummah with no Salaam in between. (And) after Jummah two
rak’aah followed by four.
