Area of Investigation This system is will be used in the Republic of the Philippines for their upcoming Election 2013.This will be cover the election for presidential and a legislature, congress and senate, together with local level such as governors, board members, mayors up to barangay officials and youth council members, and parties. The system would be conducted in NCR region, where, the COMELEC will stand as its admin, and voters as its users.

III.

Significance of the Study This system will bring smooth, easier and faster voting experience for voters. It will lessen the time consume, the papers to be used and the electoral sabotage with its highly secured system. There will be now no report about stealing of ballot. It will also provide information about candidates ----their platform, achievements and what did they have done for the country, this is for the voters who dont have any idea who will they going to choose.

Scope and Limitation It designed to make better, safer and secure election for the country. This program can create new files of candidates that will list in the front of the voters soon. This system is lacks of access for the internet to avoid the internet viruses, which may destroy the whole system or steal important data. This system is can only be access by using Netbeans.

Target Users/Beneficiaries The proposed system targets all the registered voters that ages 18 years old and above, can be a students, a employees, a teachers, a politician and others who really want to join the election.

Similarities / Differences with existing System. This system is likely similar to those used in many universities, which uses smooth and understandable GUI. weVote System is different in style, lay-out creativity, out and security and it created by using Java Programming Language. The proposed system is not for choosing your candidates and computing the number of votes but also for creating new voting set-up the way you like it that is similar in making new document in the MS Word.

VII.

System Development Tools To Be Used It uses Java TM SDK, NetBeans IDE v.7/0.1 as its frontend to run and access whole system and Microsoft Access as backend for database.
