1. Wash the sweet bananas thoroughly on the outside with the skin on. 2.

Cut off the ends of the bananas and then cut them uniformly into 3 or 4 piece s. 3. Take a kadhai and pour 1/2 to 3/4th glass of water in it. 4. Turn on the stove at medium to high flame and start putting banana pieces ins ide the water. Put a big chunk of jaggery at the end. 5. Close the kadhai and let it cook for 15-20 min. Open and stir every 5-10 min. You will know it has started cooking when the fruit starts coming out of the sk in slightly at the edges.
