Comments/Remarks: The authors explain that they tried to integrate a dialogue transcriber in a speaker diarization system. It is clear that the authors developed their own diarization system. It is also clear that not much work is done in making sure that the system data is appropriate for the processing of data generated by FIlipino/Asian speakers. It is difficult to see if the diarization error rate and word error rate are good since there's no clear unit of measure. If the error values reflected in Tables 1 and 2 are percentages then the error rates are large and hence not good. Overall, there's not much result in the paper. If would have been better if they discussed in detail the extent of their experiments (How many audio samples with at least two speakers do they have? Have they tried processing audio samples with more than two speakers? The numbers in the Tables mean what exactly? How are those numbers computed? Are the metrics used standard in diarization systems?) In a nutshell, they developed a software for diarization using known techniques and applied it in dialogue transcription.
