NOTICE
For B.Tech VI & VIII Sem. (BACK) Exam. Fees
Batch : 2009-13 & 2008-12
All the students of Batch: 2009-13 & 2008-12 are required to deposit their VI & VIII Semester (Back) examinations fees to the Account Office on or before 16th April 2013. An amount of Rs. 25/- (Late Fine) would be charged per day, after 16th April 2013 till 18th April 2013.
Students are advised to go through following process for filling the BACK examination form:1. Collect the examination form from Exam Cell by showing college ID Card. 2. Check your own photograph & all entries of exam. forms like Name, Roll No., Subject Name with codes, Mobile No. & Address etc. for any wrong entries college would not be responsible. 3. Deposite the necessary fee @ Rs. 300/- per subject upto max of Rs. 850/- to accounts deptt. 4. Fill the Challan No. (i.e. Receipt No. of fee slip), Date of payment and Amount paid in the examination form before submitting the same. 5. Submit the exam form to Exam Cell after depositing the fee by showing your College ID Card. For sessional improvement : 1. The sessional improvement test (MTT) will be conducted on the same day of RTU (BACK/OLD BACK/REBACK) Exam. as per schedule given by RTU from 2.00pm to 3.00pm. 2. After the submission of fees at accounts office, the students are required to positively report the examination cell for exam registeration failing which he which he won't be allowed to take sessional improvement exam. 3. The fee of amount Rs. 60/- per subject is to be deposited for sessional improvement exams. Upto 24th April 2013. 4. For sessional improvements, a late fine of Rs. 25/- per day (Maximum Rs. 100/-) will be charged after last date 24.04.2013. No fee will be entertained after 29.04.2013.
