(Be specific) I would like to join more professional organizations like IRA, NCTE, MCTE, etc. and attend more professional conferences. I would like to conduct further research on classroom management and develop a more comprehensive classroom management plan.

I want to continue to build my toolbox to prepare for my own classroom. I want to keep gathering materials, resources, and ideas to use in my own classroom and to supplement my teaching.

What are your future plans for professional development (3-5 years)? (Be specific) I would like to start my graduate studies, although I am unsure whether I would pursue a graduate degree in English or work towards a Reading Specialist endorsement. I would like to continue my involvement in professional organizations.
