The concept of speech action is provided in the article. Speech action is the real answer
relating to a problem-speech situation, a transformation of somebodys statement. Speech action
may manifest itself as an agreement or disagreement with ones statement, as a personal comment.
The author provides the microanalysis of the speech action, discusses difficulties of its constructing,
hypothesizes about the mechanisms of its development. The method of investigation is a positional
seminar as a situation modeling the speech action.

The Perception of Individual Psychological Peculiarities of a Person by the Voice
The given article is one of the few attempts that have been made recently to study the perception of a human voice. The author aimed not only to make a theoretical analysis of the issue but also
to indicate the possibility of a practical application of the obtained knowledge. The prepared training method that teaches a more subtle differentiated perception of individual psychological characteristics of a person based on the manipulation with an interlocutors voice as a source of personality
learning as well as with ones own voice as an instrument of personal exposure, has shown the efficiency and availability of a new theoretical and practical trend. At the same time the author speaks
about the imperfection of the existing voice research methodology, the absence of systematization
of the obtained knowledge and theoretical base.

The problem of the development of pedagogic emotional competence is related not only with the
professional necessity, i.e. listening to and comprehending of the pupil, and with the creating of a positive
emotional atmosphere in class, but also with the teachers satisfaction from self-competence, personal
experience and professional growth.. The analysis of various approaches to the definition of the notion
of emotional competence has allowed us to formulate a definition of the phenomenon in question and to
determine its functional structure in the architecture of pedagogic system activities.
