Implemented tier 1 and tier 2 math program to bring students up to grade level. Created a working classroom management plan with self-motivated rewards, and supports the Kindergarten teams discipline plans. Integrated iPad Technology and use of the Apple TV into Math, Writing, Literacy, Phonemic Awareness, Science and even art activities. Teach 2nd Grade Class with 25 students. Created a Maps unit study involving children in their world surroundings to understand mapping, integrated with job studies, and using the scientific method to hypothesize about their natural world.
