Subject: Crisp rambler, reminder of confidentiality of JEDEC material
‘One more time so that all hear: the material | presented
in my Rambler contained some JEDEC material which is not
permitted to be shared with any company who is not a
member of JEDEC. The specific material | am referring to
are the Simulation model slides from Hitachi which showed
buffered and unbuffered models of SDRAMs in DIMMs, the
clock waveforms from a simulation as well as the two
data bus waveforms. FYI the clock waveform came from
Intel, the databus simulation which showed a number
of data cycles came from Intel, the other came from NEC.
‘So please do not show those slides to anyone outside of
Rambus or our partners (who are all members of JEDEC), Intel
