second reason was an inquiry regarding our achene for developing 1
shifted clocks which we use in our phase interpolator and they ase
driving the oversampler. I agree that it looks like a poor agp
imagine a number of problens with their schene, not the least sf wnich is
that their @ bic wide rest circuit uses about 0.75 watts. T just wanted €2
ping folks to get them to thinking about low level element details
