Attitudes toward Business There are many hundreds of political and legal factors which will directly or indirectly

affect businesses. In fact, most laws will have some relevance if you look deep enough. The first of the attitudes in working is sex discrimination. Employers must not discriminate between their employers because of their sex.

A sale of goods or services is significant. A client can sue a business if it sells them a product that is of poor quality, or is not as described and does not fit the purpose for which it is being sold. This is a law which affects businesses but supports the customer. On the other side, haughtiness occurs when an employee thinks that he is the only one who can do the job right or that he is a much better worker than everyone else. While each labor does have strengths and weaknesses, and it can be healthy to acknowledge those, employees who think they are better than their peers can drive a wedge between team members and encourage people in the workplace to take sides.
