4) How or in what ways do you put the importance of branding of product provided Nepalese brand "Muna" and Indian brand "Sonagachi" fall under the favourite category and have higher market (mkt.) share? 5) Nowadays, people are more responsive to "health factors" and as a result of it "herbal tea" has started to encroach the CTC/Orthodox market. Is this a threat to the industry or an opportunity for industry? If yes, in what ways?

6) Can you please explain the channels of distribution for your product? 7) Having said you COD (channels of distribution), number of people are earning their living buy buying tea in bulk and just branding it locally and adopting door to door selling strategy. in this context, definitely the price are low and a "blue ocean" is created. Are they your competitors? 8) How often do you advertise your product? And in what media? 9) Since consumers are also becoming deal oriented do you think your current sales promotion tool is enough to retain the desired market share?
