ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT- TO-THE-PRESIDENT ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS: Reports to: The President Supervises: The President's Staff Technical Assistant DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Assists the President in the formulation of reports, plans and programs for submission to the Board of Trustees. 2. Helps the President schedule appointments and meetings. 3. Assists in drafting the agenda and materials for the meetings of different councils and committees formed by the President. 4. Documents regular and special meetings convened by the President such as the Council of Administrators, etc. 5. Safeguards delicate/compartmentalized matters in the Office of the President such as termination of faculty, disciplinary cases and the like. 6. Drafts common memos such as call for meetings, reminders of reports and the like in behalf of the President. 7. Supervises the other staff in the office. 8. Performs all other tasks as may be assigned by the President.
