CHAPTER XII CONCLUSION

12.1

Conclusion Based on supply chain and economic analysis, we can conclude: 1. PomeSweet plant site located in Cikarang, Bekasi and has two Distribution Center in Semarang and Lampung. 2. For the first marketing, PomeSweet is ditributed only on major cities in Java (70%) and Sumatra (30%) Island. 3. Our product capacity is 721600 sachets a day that will be packed into a box with 12 sachets, 25 sachets and 50 sachets in a box and distributed by land and sea path. 4. The selling price for our product are Rp. /12 sachets, Rp. /25 sachets and Rp. /50sachets with XX% MARR and payback period in xxx years of work.

Suggestion After we did discussion, analysis and literature study, there are several things that should be done to obtain better result which are: 1. Require more data for supply chain and economic analysis to obtain effective distribution and accurate cost for the plant site. 2. Market analysis has to be conducted in more comprehensive way to obtain a valid production capacity.
