Dear Sir, Complaint of the XYZ Restaurants Services I am writing this letter to complain about the services of XYZ Restaurant that I have received on the 28 April 2013. I was unhappy with the services. Firstly, the attitude of the workers is extremely bad. No one serve to me about fifteen minutes and when the workers finally showed up, she seems to be annoyed. She did not smile or say anything friendly. Secondly, the service was very slow. It took almost an hour for my food to be fully served. However, the worker brought the wrong food to me and he had to take it back. I had to wait for my food again. Thirdly, the food quality is very poor. It was quite salty, oily, and cold. When I reached home, I had a bad diarrhea which lasted for two days. Apart from that, the food is also too expensive. A small plate of fried mee costs RM4.50. Even though the fried mee is not enough to a child, how about the adults? The quantity of the food is totally not match to the prices of the food.
