    Functional Syllabus and Skilled based Syllabus. Students need to interact (in English) in a variety of contexts using simple or general structures. Topic based syllabus & Skills based syllabus: Because students need to communicate with other people and master specific language. Grammatical syllabus & Functional syllabus Students should understand and move around the language in a variety of ways and in different levels, since they have to teach it teach it. Situational syllabus: Students need to be able to face and be prepared to solve real life situations and develop strategies in relation to their fields.
