Album preparation steps using PBA

1) Insert the picture into center creasing Image

side up Center the picture using the ruler marks
then pull handle to press and crease.

2) Fold the picture at the center crease.

Prepare 9-10 pictures as 1) and 2) to make the album.

3) Remove the small plastic strip from the edge PVC Sheet 1 side, place on the alignment
Jig with the glued side up. Place the PVC sheet Place the paper crease on the PVC sheet again
snug to the lower and right side fence corner. Place the picture sheet close to jig corner
before pressing down onto the PVC glue. Next, pull the small plastic strip from the other PVC
sheet side and place the next print. Next alternately place the prints and PVC sheets finishing
with a PVC sheet using 10 PVC sheets to mount 9 pictures.

4) Remove the remaining plastic cover from each sheet in the album and carefully use
a soft cloth to press and glue the picture to the PVC sheets.

5) Place the fold edges into the Sheet Trimmer then turn the pressure bar handle clockwise
to press and set the glued pages.

6) Apply the cloth tape to the binding edge of album

7) Trim the 3 sides of the album to make straight edges using the Sheet Trimmer

8) Insert the album corner into the optional Round Corner Press to make rounded corners.

 9) Apply the double side tape to the inside cover page and remove the paper from the strips

10) Apply double side tape at upper round of album.

Apply as illustrated on both side of album.

11) Pull the paper strip from album and press album to the cover page being careful that
the edge of album is properly in line with the cover.

12) Close the one remaining cover side and the album.

13) This completes the PBA Photo Book Album System.
