Maintenance of CCM and BBS plant machines DETAILS-To design a maintenance schedule by studying of the maintenance schedule that is presently going on. And suggest if any changes or modification requires in the schedule Project is for maintenance of the machines used in these plants, their maintaining intervals, how maintenance work is going on here, and spare part inventory. DESIGN STUDY IN DETAILS-Firstly I have to study all the details and the all the parts of the CCM and machines of the bright bar shop. TYPES OF MAINTENANCE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE-It is a daily maintenance
(cleaning,inspection, oiling and re-tightening ), design to retain the healthy condition of equipment and prevent failure. Preventive maintenance is of two types CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE-It improves equipment and its components so that preventive maintenance can be carried out reliably. Equipment with design weakness must be redesigned to improve reliability or improving maintainability BREAKDOWN MAINTENANCE-It means that people waits until equipment fails and repair it. Such a thing could be used when the equipment failure does not significantly affect the operation or production or generate any significant loss other than repair cost.

 TO COLLECT THE HISTORY OF MAINTENANCE-collect the history of maintenance of the machines such as preventive and corrective both like Collect data of past 6 months CHECKING THE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE -check the maintenance schedule of the given time accordingly CHECKING THE DETAILS THROUGH SOURCES I will be checking it whether the maintenance time interval is proper like if a machine is maintained with a gap of 30 days I should check if it can be modified. COST CUTTING- And I will be checking whether its maintenance can cost a less if possible CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE COMPUTING THE DETAILS BY CHECKING THE FACTS-I will be calculating on the basis of machine type and history of breakdown the time interval for the maintenance so that the breakdown maintenance can be avoided.
