After the Superintendent and school committee decided they needed to eliminate the position of Technology Director I was offered this very diverse role. The responsibilities include: Research, write and manage all entitlement and competitive grants for the district. In 2007 I helped secured a $250,000 fire truck for the town. Created and run an after school enrichment program that serves elementary and middle school students all year. Current enrollment is 135 per session. Manage Adult Education and Driver's Education programs Teach two classes per trimester Managed districts Visiting Artist Studios and Childrens Museum (building burnt down that housed these programs in 2008)

Hands-on manager of four person IS Office supporting the district needs of the approximately 250 staff and 2500 students in the Uxbridge Public Schools. Responsible for the 650 node network running Windows 2000 & 2003 servers and clients with 98 & XP that spans four buildings connected via a coax cable plant.
