Please note that you will need to submit your thesis to the ITO, see various deadlines timetable below: http://www.inf.ed.ac.uk/teaching/courses/diss/timetable.html. It is never too early to collect material and think about what you will write in your thesis now. Have a look at below page, and start to collect information about your work and put them in relevant chapters. http://www.aiai.ed.ac.uk/~jessicac/project/student-study-note/MscThesis_writing.doc. Normally, it is easier to start with the middle (technical) chapters. As you have done the work, so it should be clear to you what they are. You should also be able to produce the literature review chapter relatively easy, as you have also done the work. Write down your work and ideas along the way, so that you can make use of them later. You should also think about an evaluation framework for your system. What tasks will you ask your user to do? How do you know your system has done well? Think about how you will evaluate the system, and then design and build the system to meet the target. Find out potential users of your tool, and ask them to help you design and build the tool. You should therefore more or less start to write your thesis around this time. Give me chapter by chapter as early as possible, so that I have time to review them while giving you time to revise them.
