The Superior Silence Party Wall System has been created in such a way that you and your neighbor have separate homes. Each half of the duplex has its own 2 x 4
wall which means no shared studs. The wall cavity is then sprayed with Pro-Pink Glass Insulation, creating continuous coverage filling all the nooks and crannies left
behind with standard insulation. Walls are then completed with 3 total layers of drywall and one layer of Green Glue (acoustical glue) for additional sound suppression. Bedrock Homes Duplexes do not share studs or floor joists therefore eliminating vibration. Homes are built as two separate entities, sharing Superior Silence.
