METHOD 1 If you are a male choose a female as a partner. Do the opposite if you are female. 2. Allow your partner to lie down for 2 mins, measure and record their pulse rate and breathing rate. 3. At the end of 2 mins, measure and record their pulse rate and breathing rate. 4.Allow your partner to stand still for 2 mins 5. At the end of th 2mins measure and record their pulse rate and breathing rate. 6. Allow your partner to do strenuous exercise like jogging on the spot for two minutes 7. Immediately after, measure and record their pulse rate and breathing rate and the pulse rate until recovery is achieved. 8. Repeat steps 2-7 with your partner. 9. Construct 2 tables to display your results -A table showing the pulse and breathing rates of male and female in a reclined and standing position. -A table showing the pulse and breathing rates immediately after strenuous exercise and the pulse rates during recovery. Include in your table the recovery time. 10. Use a bar graph to compare the variation of pulse of yourself and your partner with time after strenuous exercise.
