I have many record in my name in the field of animal rights and thir welfare, a scheme for rehabilitation of Kalanders after rescuing the performing bears was introduced by me, which is being implemented by many NGOs through out India, like wise maximum performing animals from the circuses have been rescued under the leadership of undersigned through out India. I am a whistle blower in Nawab Pataudi black buck hunting, like wise FIR has been lodged against two cattle trains cow smuglers on December 28, 2000 with GRP, Faridabad and on December 28, 2000 with GRP, Gaziabad. Now my family member residing in Delhi and for animal rights and welfare work purpose, I have to vist many States and Indian Terotaries with out any security cover, where as I have three weapons for Haryana, hence you are requested to please recommend the extention of area up to All India for my above said Arms License.
