What is traffic map?

Traffic map provides data about the geographical distribution of subscriber traffic in a network, which can be generated from:

Demographic data (population census data) Actual network test data

Traffic map determines the probability that a subscriber might be dropped in a given location during the simulation. Traffic map should reflect actual traffic density distribution as closely as possible. The more accurately the traffic map portrays the distribution of the traffic, the better the results of the simulation.
