    All vessels were inspected prior to their dismantling in 2010 / 2011 as follows: 1. Complete visual and dimensional inspection: 100% 2. Welds' radiographic test: 100% 3. Ultrasonic thickness measurement: 9 points on shell and 15 points on each head, on each vessel 4. Hardness test: on shell and head of each vessel 5. Laboratory chemical tests and mechanical properties testing on samples of each vessel. Vessels shall be delivered refurbished, inspected and pressure tested (hydraulic testing) as required by the applicable codes

    All vessels shall be delivered refurbished, inspected and pressure tested (hydraulic testing) as required by the applicable codes [ASME BPVC Sec.VIII]. The aforementioned activities shall be monitored and certified by TUV Rheinland Turkey. All initial datasheets and drawings are available upon request.
