Remember: Kids should have 60 minutes of exercise a day. Try playing a family game at the park or in your yard!
Have dinner as a family and discuss your childs day at school! It pulls the family together and brings the learning experience home
During our time together in health our classroom will be structured to be respectful, safe, and engaging so students feel comfortable and can learn. To establish this environment students are expected to follow the class rules and expectations which include: Being in class everyday - attendance is key. Being prepared a writing utensil, notebook, and completed homework. Show respect to their classmates and their teacher. Be honest to themselves, their peers and teacher. Follow all directions. Have enthusiasm and positive attitudes at all times.
